Medical Tattoo, Microblading & Semi Permanent Makeup by El Truchan announcement
I am proud to have been introduced to the patients of the London Bridge Private Breast Care / Cancer Care unit as one of recommended external therapists for 3D Nipple & Areola and Eyebrows Reconstruction by the method of Micropigmentation and Scars Microneedling.
The treatment is also known as Medical Tattooing or Microblading/ Permanent Makeup. I am looking forward to helping those people affected.
Permanent Makeup brows
The great thing about permanent make up is that once cancer treatment is complete, if you have lost your eyebrows and are awaiting them to grow back, or dealing with long term eyebrow loss, or eyebrow thinning, then permanent make up / microblading can offer you a great natural looking alternative.
Permanent make up is classed as non-surgical treatment but it does involve the use of needles and specialist equipment so should you decide to go ahead with one - you must assure the therapist is a specialist in the field as procedure requires due care and consideration. Special precautions needs to be taken for patients who were or are affected by medical conditions and only some ( not all) permanent makeup artists are trained/ qualified to understand the required actions for such patients/ clients.
There are various techniques and products used, but mostly a local anaesthetic in the form of a cream is applied then fine needles are used to implement pharmaceutical grade pigments to the skin.
Treatment is suitable for men and women of any age 18+ and fantastic long term results are archived by El.
3D Nipple and Areola Reconstruction
Recreating the 3D Nipple & Areola is the final component to making your breast reconstruction complete. Some patients are comfortable without having a nipple, and do not wish to have further procedures. Others choose the non-surgical option of tattooing without invasive reconstruction.
Medical Tattooing allows colour pigmentation to simulate the Nipple & Areola with the 3D image of an actual nipple.
Most natural realistic areolas are achieved with medical tattooing.
I perform a detailed consultation where among other things; your desired outcome will be discussed. I will then perform a colour match and together we will have a chance to choose the best pigment colour. We then design the shape for your approval.
The treatment itself takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour, but additional time must be allowed for the detailed consultation and the design stage. I recommend a minimum of 2 hours per each client procedure.
Following each procedure the client will receive a soothing balm and written and verbal aftercare instructions. I will also be in touch following each treatment to check on your healing progress.
