Consultation
​
All procedures begin with over an email pre-screening followed by a consultation on the day as a part of the treatment, where I help you to get comfortable with a scheduled procedure steps. We will discuss what suits your features, skin tone, lifestyle, image, your desired outcome and the procedure steps. The treatment is always bespoke and designed specifically for you and with you. You will get to ask as many questions as you like during the pre-screening via email or free virtual consultation over Zoom or Whatsapp (if you wish to have one) and at the beginning of your treatment visit. At my Gallery and Video Gallery pages you now have an opportunity to see a portfolio of treatments at different stages, to give you a clear visual idea of the process.

Scalp (SMP) treatments are priced as a package for all procedures in the proposed and agreed Treatment Plan.

Design
​
We will design the template for your treatment together using special design pencils on the day of your procedure visit. The process will be a joint partnership between us, where you can explain your preferences to create a final design. We will also take the 'Before' and 'After' pictures of the treated area. Every client will receive their own, personally created individual design which is aimed to boost your radiance, self-confidence and attitude. Feel free to bring your old photos showing your natural past hairline, but do not worry if you don't as we will just create one together in any case.

Reservation
£100 Booking Fee will be required to reserve your appointment at the time of the booking; and will go towards the total price of your treatment. The Booking Fee is non-refundable if the visit is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 1 week prior to the appointment time. In such situations the original Booking Fee will NOT go towards the newly rescheduled treatment. The Booking Fee is non-refundable for no-shows.
It will be at the practitioner’s discretion to decide if you can go ahead with your treatment that day, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment,. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, Booking Fee will be lost and will need to reschedule your appointment for another date, as well as paying a new Booking Fee towards the new visit reservation. Please note, every time you are late to your appointment it affects the rest of the appointment times after yours, please be respectful and stay professional. ** Until the 1st of June 48h cancellation policy applies.
